Dr. Denise Driscoll has 8 years of experience as a Professor of Psychological Sciences at Purdue University where she was engaged in teaching, researching, and writing articles and grants about stereotypes, prejudice, and inter-group relations.

Further, Dr. Driscoll has 9 years of experience as a Diversity Resource Specialist for the Vice President of Human Relations at Purdue University.  She consulted with schools, colleges, units and local businesses (non-profits, government agencies, and companies) to develop, facilitate, and assess their diversity programs.

Dr. Driscoll combines her experiences as an academic (with its focus on theory and research) with her experiences as an administrator (with its focus on training and assessing change) to help her as an independent consultant.
