  • Assistant Professor of Psychological Sciences, Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN (1991-1998).  Taught, trained graduate students, conducted research, and wrote articles, chapters and grants about the cognitive and motivational reasons for stereotyping, prejudice, and intergroup conflict  
  • Visiting Scholar, Centre for Research on Group Processes, University of Queensland, Brisbane, Australia (1999).  Explored diversity initiatives (i.e., government training programs) and diversity research ongoing in Australia
  • Diversity Resource Specialist, Office of the Vice President for Human Relations, Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN (1998; 2000-2007).  Advised and ran diversity programs and initiatives for schools, colleges, and work units at Purdue University as well as other local institutions (universities, companies, non-profit and government agencies) for community outreach purposes
